Beautiful Homes: Where Architects Live
They're some of the world's leading architects, men and women who have created living space for individuals as well as distinctive monuments for the public. But what are their private spaces like? Are they a reflection of their own moods and tastes, or a mirror of their design styles? For this year's Salone del Mobile, curator Francesca Molteni takes us Where Designers Live.
The installation showcases 'rooms', created with the help of images, commentary and reconstructions, designed by eight of the world's leading architects, including Bijoy Jain of Studio Mumbai and Shigeru Ban.
Here, we look at their private homes, which have inspired the exhibition
The Salone del Mobile Milano will be held from April 8-13 at the Rho Milan Fairground.
