Business people travelling between Bangalore and Chennai have another quick and comfortable travel option: the Luxuria luxury bus service.
The intercity luxury bus service was launched by Bangalore-based Blue Hill Pvt Ltd on November 15.
ThisWeekBangalore says 12 Luxuria buses have been put into service. Currently two buses leave every morning (5am and 7 am) and two every evening (10pm and 11pm). There are plans to expand the service, with 250 buses on roads, soon.
The interiors of the Luxuria buses have been done up by Pune-based automobile designer Dilip Chhabria. He told The Economic Times: "The idea was to spoil the passenger silly." Chhabria adds that people will be able travel in the privacy, exclusivity, ambience and comfort of business class.
