Singapore-based design company Gray International recently launched metallic iPhone cases handcrafted in titanium and gold. Called the Advent collection, the cases are designed for the iPhone 7 and 7 Plus, and are limited to only 100 pieces worldwide. Currently available for pre–orders, the covers are priced at $1,000, and will be shipped free of cost to various parts in the world by the end of November. Owners for these smartphone cases will be handpicked through a lucky draw.
The phone covers are designed using sturdy alloys. Like Iron Man’s armour, the covers feature two brackets crafted in titanium and gold, and can be attached on the sides of the iPhones. Though it doesn’t cover the back of the device, the case prevents the phone from bending or damage. The metallic brackets elevate the smartphone when kept on a flat surface, ensuring the screen remains scratch-free.
The phones can be pre-ordered on Gray’s official website.
